DIRECTIONS: from Windsor, take Exit 5 off HWY 1 01 , headed west towards
Brooklyn along HWY 1 4. When you reach this small village, turn left at the war
memorial in the middle of the road, continuing straight past the Petro Canada
gas station at the top of the hill onto HWY 215.
Turn right onto HWY 236 at the crossroads approximately 1 km along, following
this paved road 1 9.5km to Clarksville, turning right onto HWY 202. Follow this
road approximately 4km, to Mines Road on your right. Turn down this dirt road
and drive just over 1 km, parking just beyond where the road crosses over
MacInnis Brook.

Trail Description: follow the path along the ravine edge upstream until it ends.
There are some soggy parts to this trail, so wear appropriate footwear. Find
a suitable place to descend into the gorge and then follow the brook upstream
until you come to the falls.

These gorgeous falls appear from out of nowhere, as you round a bend in the
stream, cascading down a steep staircase from a notch above, spreading out
along the surface of the exposed rock. The pool at the base is not very deep,
and there are nice places at the base of the falls to sit and have a picnic, letting
the roar of the falls drown out the sounds of the world.
